Please note: not all park facilities are open at the beginning and end of the season. Children's facilities at Roompot Villapark Zeeland Village When children aren't playing at Lake Grevelingen or on the beach, they can play in one of the park's play areas. In the immediate vicinity you will find several restaurants where you can enjoy a good meal. Of course, your holiday home has all the amenities to put a delicious meal on the table in no time. The surrounding area of Roompot Villa Park Zeeland Village Nearby is Lake Grevelingen. Here you can enjoy a wide range of water sports, including surfing, kite surfing, sailing and water skiing. In addition, you can enjoy the vast landscape, the various nature reserves and the picturesque Zeeland towns and villages in the immediate vicinity. Visit Renesse, for example. This pleasant seaside resort is only 6 kilometres from Villa Park Zeeland Village. You can cycle and walk in the area, and there's nothing more refreshing than a stroll along the beach. You can also spend a day in the subtropical water paradise of Kamperland (30 minutes' drive). As a guest of Zeeland Village, you have free access. Fancy a day out in nature? Then head to De Grevelingen Visitor Centre in Ouddorp, where a cruise on Lake Grevelingen or a walk through the beautiful Boswachterij Westerschouwen are highly recommended.

If you wish to stay at the holiday park as a group, this must be announced in advance. The holiday park may refuse groups or charge a higher deposit.

Youth
Reservations can only be made by persons over 21 years old.
Pets
Pets are allowed in most accommodation. If you wish to bring a pet, you pay a pet surcharge per pet per night and final cleaning is obligatory. If you cannot bring pets when making the reservation, unfortunately there are no accommodations available where pets are allowed in the type of your choice.
Business stays
It is not allowed to make bookings other than for recreational purposes. Bookings made by companies will be refused entry to the holiday park on arrival.
