The 5 star campsite Les Sablons, in the heart of the seaside resort Portiragnes plage, is located in the Hérault, on the Mediterranean Sea. From the campsite you will have direct access to the beach. You will also be able to enjoy the aquatic space of the campsite with an outdoor swimming pool and a swimming pool with retractable cover, a slide and a paddling pool or a whirlpool.

We stayed here a week in early Sept with four 18 to 20 yr olds and a 12 year old.

Site itself has a nice atmosphere and staff on the whole are pretty friendly and efficient.
Relaxing and pretty quiet, in September anyway bar closed at 11 ish and completely silent after that.

Very expensive in comparison to other local better sites. Reminds me of a downgraded butlins. Toilet block was disgusting. Food on site was very poor, local restaurants better but again expensive. We found staff to be very strict and officious. We even saw some poor guy at the swimming pool being thrown...

Just home from a week in Les Sablons. Staff very helpful over email before we arrived and facilitated early check in as our flight arrived in early morning. Accommodation was spotless and to a very high standard. Campsite is very clean and well maintained. Felt the pool areas could do with improving....

This was our 5th visit to Les Sablons going back the past 20 years, and was fabulous as always.

In the early days we stayed in a tent provided by Eurocamp, but much of site is now covered with air-conditioned chalets, which given the heat in August, is now a necessity I would suggest.

There are some things that need improving:
- WiFi is poor, patchy at best, and when the 4G/5G signal around the campsite isn't great, significant investment is needed
