In the heart of a 7-hectare wooded park and 700m from the beach, the Jard campsite (La Tranche sur Mer) is the ideal place for family holidays by the sea. You can take advantage of the heated aquatic area from the opening of the campsite to swim in the indoor pool, have fun with your family in the outdoor pool and in the slide, or let the little ones discover the pleasures of water in the paddling pool.

During the summer school holidays, recreational and fun activities are organised for the children from Sunday to Friday. The older children can take part in the sports tournaments organised by the campsite team.

In July and August, numerous services and facilities are available. The children can have fun on the playground, you can taste local dishes in the restaurant, have a drink in the bar or do your shopping in the grocery store.

We arrived for a 9 night stay, camping in a motorhome. Our first night wasn’t great. We set up pitch, just one pitch away from kids club and bar area. Music was so loud, literally couldn’t hear each other speak by the van without shouting. Music went on till 11.50.

We had a great stay here as there is much to do for the small kids. Our kids are 11 months and 2,5 years old. There is an indoor playground for the rainy days (for maximum 6 years old), a large playground outside, a superb swimming pool with slides and it is very close to the beach.

We booked with canvas after booking were told there was not a canvas rep on site, instead when we arrived we found canvas was run via tohapi. Loud music till around 1am. And the kids club starts around 9am with loud music and lots of screaming kids .totally french orientated none of the staff speak english or willing to try.
