SECOND STAY AT THIS CAMPSITE

Lovely campsite, friendly staff and residents - the toilets and showers were absolutely spotless throughout our stay - staff kept them very clean.
On our last visit the campsite had a small shop which has now gone but, there is a supermarket within walking distance which stocks everything you would... need.
The restaurant was very good, the staff really efficient and helpful. The food pretty basic 'holiday food' but plenty of choice and really tasty - the theme nights are excellent.
I had to young teenagers on holiday with me who had an amazing time in the pool and recreation areas, and despite there being no English children they mixed in and had a great time with their new french friends.
My only disappointment was the pitch, it was dry soil with no grass which was not good, constantly cleaning and sweeping to keep the area tidy - I paid for a premium pitch with a cabin which was useful and provided us with a full size fridge, deck chairs, bbq and an area to store items although I would have rather not had the cabin but had a grassy pitch further down the site. Due to the ground surface I wouldn't book these pitches if I return.
Plenty of dog walking areas so my pouches were happy and the dogs were welcome in the bar and restaurant area.
Reception staff were extremely polite and helpful and spoke good English.
Ground Staff were very polite and welcoming and sorted out any problems on the pitch.
The pool was a good size and even on the very hot days didnt get over crowded in the deep end - plenty of sun loungers and the bar is adjacent which comes in handy.
Overall an excellent stay.
