Angeiras campsite is located 8 km from Porto, opposite the beautiful beach of a fishing village in the north of Portugal. People from Porto tend to visit it on days off and during the weekends. In natural surroundings, with numerous big trees, it has very well-equipped facilities, a mini-market, restaurant and bar – both with a fireplace -, a beautiful terrace with views over the swimming pool, which is free for users of the area. Situated in a pine wood, 500m from Madalena beach and 10km from the centre of the town of Gaia, this quality campsite combines the beach, the countryside and the city to provide you with an excellent holiday. Apart from north Portugal’s beautiful beaches, which extend the length of the Duero Literal region’s coast, we would recommend a trip to Gaia to visit the Solar dos Condes de Campo Belo, the Matriz church and the Casa Museu de Teixeira Lopes. The campsite has accommodation, commercial services and good sport and leisure areas, which include several swimming-pools. You must not forget to try the roast lamb, and the Duero region’s famous wines.
